Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a “Closed Sale” platform, provided for and on behalf of Mazda UK Ltd, that is to say only representatives of companies who are current Mazda Approved Used Car Franchised dealers may attend.
  2. All Mazda UK Ltd vehicles entered offered on this platform will carry the standard transaction fee of £245 +VAT per unit purchased for English, Scottish and Welsh dealers. An uplifted transaction fee applies to Northern Ireland.
  3. Odometer readings of vehicles offered in this sale are to be regarded as correct unless otherwise stated by the in the vehicle description.
  4. The balance of any manufacturer’s warranty will be transferred to the new owner unless otherwise expressly stated in the vehicle description.
  5. All Mazda UK vehicles are refurbished to the Mazda Wholesale Standard and will only be considered for Quality Control Claims if they fall outside the conditions specified within this standard. If required, the Mazda Remarketing team can provide a copy of this document.
  6. Payment Method: Mazda UK Vehicles - Mazda Approved Used Car Franchised dealers will be invoiced by Mazda Remarketing with payment collected in the first instance on the Mazda Direct funding facility and subsequently via Direct Debit.
  7. Delivery: Mazda UK Vehicles - All deliveries will be arranged by the Mazda Remarketing team and will be delivered to the purchaser in approximately five working days for England/Wales Dealers and in approximately seven working days for Scotland and Northern Ireland dealers. It’s the responsibility of the buyer to advise of any delivery addresses that differ from their assigned dealer number.
  8. All V5s and spare keys will be distributed within a week of the sale to the successful purchaser by the Mazda Remarketing team.
  9. Provisional Bids - If a bid is taken as “Provisional” this means the bidding has not reached the reserve price set by the seller. The bidder with a provisional bid will be given the opportunity to either increase the original bid or “stand on”. If the increased bid is still less than reserve the “seller”, as is their prerogative, may withdraw the vehicle. The seller is then free and unencumbered to re-offer the vehicle for sale at their discretion.
  10. All vehicles purchased via this “Closed Sale” platform should be deemed for “retail” purposes only and not for “trading”.
  11. Vehicle details shown on this sale platform are correct at the time of publication. Whilst due care and attention is given to ensure the accuracy of the contents of this catalogue, BCA will not accept any responsibility for any omissions or discrepancies contained therein.
  12. This sale is conducted strictly in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Business operated by BCA. Any variation will be stated on this sale platform. Copies of the standard Terms and Conditions of Business operated by BCA, which are legally binding, are available on request.
